4. Shipping Fees

• The weight and size of the items 

We occasionally offer promotions or free shipping on certain orders (e.g., orders over $200). 

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes 

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are handled by our suppliers before the order is shipped. Customers do not need to pay extra fees upon delivery.

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• You can track your package in real-time on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues 

a. Incorrect Address: 

• It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for reshipping.
