Return and refund policy

At TAGSNEAK, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy to understand the conditions and procedures for returning an item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if your order meets the following criteria:
• Defective or Damaged Products: If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
• Order Errors: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
General Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.
• A 17.21% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items purchased on sale or at a discount (final sale).
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Gift cards.
• Items received as a free gift or promotional bonus.
3. Return & Refund Process
1. Request a Return
• Email support@tagsneak.com with the following details:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue (attach photos if necessary)
2. Return the Item
• If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address based on your location.
3. Inspection & Approval
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
4. Refund Processing Time
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item is defective.
• An incorrect item was sent.
• Restocking Fee: A 17.21% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• International Returns: Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
6. Free Gifts & Promotional Items
• If you received a free gift or promotional item as part of a purchase, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If a return is made for an order that included a free gift, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund if the qualifying conditions are no longer met.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
• If you need to cancel or modify an order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing it.
• After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations as the order will already be in preparation for shipment.
